Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligible Products

We accept returns for defective or non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be new, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed food items cannot be returned.

2. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will send you the necessary instructions based on your location.

4. Return Fees

Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect → Return shipping is covered by Euro Candy Box.
  • If the customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (change of mind) → Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

No processing or restocking fees apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for new and unopened products. Please contact us before sending anything back.

7. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Final sale or clearance items
