These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made via Eurocandybox.com (operated by DL Conception srl). By placing an order, you expressly accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Availability
We strive to present accurate product information and images. Packaging, labels, vintages and specifications may change. In case of discrepancy, the label on the delivered product prevails. Sales are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund.
3. Customer Account & Data
- Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
- Personal data is processed to fulfil orders, respond to requests, prevent fraud, and improve services, in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
4. Ordering
- Minimum order value: $55.
- Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory to finalize and pay for any order.
- After checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with order details and total price including shipping.
5. Prices & Taxes
- Prices are shown by default in USD (other currencies may be available). Prices exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or handling fees that are not included in our prices. These charges are determined by local authorities and are payable by the customer.
- Prices may change due to supplier or logistics conditions; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order.
6. Payment
- Payment is due at checkout. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.
- PayPal and other secure methods may be offered (subject to availability and provider terms).
- For wire transfers (where available), processing delays may apply before dispatch.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
We ship worldwide from Belgium via Bpost and international partners.
7.1 Important Information Regarding Customs Fees
By placing an order on eurocandybox.com, you must accept our Terms and Conditions. Without this acceptance, an order cannot be finalized. The following rules apply to all shipments outside the European Union.
Customer Responsibilities
- Import compliance: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into the destination country (including restrictions on alcohol, food, or age limits).
- Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or carrier handling fees, which are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These amounts are determined by local authorities and are payable by the customer upon or prior to delivery.
Delays, Refusals and Seizures
- Customs may inspect, delay, refuse, return, confiscate or destroy shipments at their sole discretion. These actions are outside our control; eurocandybox.com cannot be held liable for resulting delays, losses or costs.
- We cannot provide advance estimates of duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for guidance before ordering.
Returns and Refunds in Customs Cases
- If a parcel is returned to us in good condition by customs or the carrier, we will refund the product value only. Original and return shipping costs are non‑refundable and may be deducted from any refund.
- If a parcel is confiscated or destroyed by customs or the carrier, no refund can be issued.
- If you wish a replacement shipment after a customs return, new shipping charges will apply once eligibility is confirmed.
Practical Advice
- Track your parcel and respond promptly to any contact from customs or the carrier.
- For questions regarding import rules or licensing (e.g., alcohol import), please check with your local authorities before ordering.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms regarding customs fees and procedures.
7.2 Delivery & Inspection
- Deliveries are made against signature. Please check the parcel upon receipt.
- If a parcel appears damaged or opened: report to the delivery agent immediately, take photos before opening, then email us promptly with photos and details. These steps are essential to request compensation or replacement.
- If items are damaged inside intact packaging, contact us as soon as possible after signing the delivery note.
7.3 Delivery Times
- Orders are usually processed within a few days. If all items are in stock, dispatch may occur the same day.
- Indicative delivery time: 4–12 business days (subject to customs and local carrier performance).
- Despite our efforts, we are not liable for delays outside our control (incorrect/incomplete address, courier delays, customs clearance, peak seasons, etc.).
- Peak periods (Christmas, New Year, Mother’s Day, etc.): orders are handled on a first‑come, first‑served basis; additional details may be communicated.
- If you are absent at delivery, the carrier will leave a notice. Please contact the carrier promptly to arrange redelivery. If a parcel returns to us, reshipment is available upon payment of new shipping charges.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have a 14‑day withdrawal period starting from receipt of goods, except for sealed items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons and perishable goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. To exercise this right, email us or use the return form. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods (or proof of reshipment), including initial delivery charges. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9. Returns (Non‑Customs Issues)
For returns unrelated to customs (e.g., wrong item, visible defect): contact us within a reasonable time with your order number, photos and description. Upon validation, we will arrange replacement or refund according to the situation and applicable law.
10. Warranty
Products are warranted against hidden defects rendering them unfit for intended use. Please notify us promptly and return the affected item. Refunds for warranted items are processed within 14 days of receipt. Vintage beers: quality may vary; no claims or refunds are accepted for taste/quality of vintage items or goods past clearly indicated best‑before dates.
11. Limitations of Liability
The Seller’s obligations are obligations of means. The Seller is liable only for fraud or gross negligence. If gross or fraudulent fault is proven, recoverable damages are limited to direct financial loss and shall not exceed 75% (excl. VAT) of the amount effectively paid by the customer for the relevant order. Indirect, consequential, or non‑pecuniary damages (loss of enjoyment, lost profits, etc.) are excluded.
12. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including third‑party decisions affecting performance). If performance becomes impossible or unduly onerous due to such circumstances, the parties will negotiate in good faith to adapt the contract; absent agreement within a reasonable time, either party may terminate without compensation.
13. Miscellaneous
- Images may differ from delivered items; labels/packaging may change. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.
- Customer reviews may be displayed after moderation. We may display a buyer’s first name and city near product descriptions; we undertake not to use this information for other purposes.
- The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- We may update these Terms; the version online at the time of order applies.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Sales via the Website are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Verviers (Belgium).
15. Complaints & ODR
If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us at info@belgianshop.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform if no other resolution has been reached.
